Social health is exactly what each and every person needs to function at a high level throughout life. If you want to reap happiness and joy more often than not, take note of the following social improvement suggestions to manifest success and wellness in healthy and balanced ways.

It’s time to facilitate real change to create your best life now! To make that happen, optimism is key. It is important to keep hope alive. You deserve happiness along with a wonderful social life to boot!

So, how can you make a wonderful social life your reality? If you want to know, the real truth is that the right and ideal people are already in your life. These individuals reflect the qualities that resonate with your higher self! It is important to appreciate these people and to show gratitude for their contributions. When you do this, you celebrate the Christ within each individual. When you come to this realization, you step into the abundance that surrounds you.

From this place of enoughness, your heart will open and allow you to embrace the perfection that exists around you. This realization will bless you with grace expressed via a contagious joyous energy that attracts experiences with the right and ideal people, who are eager to share in your celebration of life.

As you step in to celebrate with your tribe of compatible others, life no longer feels empty. It takes on new meaning and purpose with an enhanced vitality. You are ready to begin your adventure toward celebrating in the eternal now where there is never a dull moment!

You understand that to have love, it is vital to have an open heart. When you love yourself, you can welcome others into your life.

You also recognize how important it is to educate yourself on spiritual matters, to live an authentic life of integrity. To truly understand and embody spiritual principles, you take the jump and put them into action to apply the knowledge. Without practical application of virtue, your spiritual life will not be fully realized. Spiritual integrity can only be embodied if your choices are made to reflect decisions that are for the highest good of all concerned.

Below are steps you can take to manifest a healthy social life:

1. Take care of yourself
  • Relax and treat yourself kindly. Forgive yourself when you don’t live up to your personal expectations.
  • Reward yourself on occasion to celebrate special moments in healthy and balanced ways. There is a place for coffee and chocolate. When eaten, dessert can help you to create sweet memories, especially when shared with significant others.
  • Treat your body like a temple. Use your diet as a tool to build a healthy body. Drink more water, stretch, and walk to release stress. Eat breakfast to refuel, and on occasion, a special meal to celebrate with friends, family, or alone to savor the moment. Cook meals at home to enjoy good food. Avoid fast food.
  • Slow down and connect to yourself by listening to music.
2. Make connections
  • Put yourself out there to meet new and interesting people. You can try many different things to expand your circle of influence. For instance, you can tap into resources within special groups that interest you or choose specific hobbies to become proficient in. You can join a club or organization. Meet-up.com is a great place to find fun things to do. You can also attend your local church, and if you like, participate in the numerous activities offered.
3. Get active together
  • Get active to get healthy, and while you’re at it, meet compatible people with similar goals. Take the special people in your life with you to the gym, on hikes, or to share in any sport or activity that gets your heart pumping in the great outdoors.
4. Build healthy habits
  • When you enact constructive behaviors that turn into life affirming habits, you inspire and influence your family and others. You contribute toward shaping their habits, helping them to establish a fit lifestyle that nurtures a good quality diet, exercise, goal setting, and more.
5. Bond with your kids
  • Take time to make your children feel special and cared for. Spend quality time doing fun activities. Create cherished memories. Teach skills that will help them to live independently and competent in areas of importance. Learning simple skills can be fun and enjoyable for children. Even learning to wash dishes, vacuum, or pull weeds can be valuable. Your children will be thankful for the efforts you take to teach them.
6. Build healthy relationships
  • Focus on all the good that surrounds you and is within everyone, to positively affect the people in your life. When you do this, you give every person the benefit of the doubt that their intentions are pure. Communicate with an optimistic attitude. By doing this you will be less threatening. When honorable, people will trust you and as a result, they will feel safe to interact and become close and bond.
7. Alone time
  • It is healthy to spend quiet moments alone. When you enjoy connecting to your inner self, others will recognize your depth and strength of character. Being content during this quiet time, sends a message that you like yourself and aren’t needy or desperate, to selfishly get the attention of others.
8. Complements
  • Make others feel good by complementing their special qualities. By letting people know what you appreciate about them, you brighten their day, which in turn affects you positively. Each time you share the fine points of others, you instill joy that lifts their spirit. When this happens, your life in turn, is blessed too.
9. Conflict resolution
  • When you choose to resolve disputes calmly, you help others to communicate in a highly effective manner. Problems dissipate when both partners can solve their issues by reaching an amicable solution.
10. Gratitude
  • When your attention is directed toward seeing what is right and good, versus focusing on what no longer works and no one can do anything about, your attitude is uplifted and stress is relieved. Fear disperses and anxiety dissipates easing pressure and alleviating problems.
11. Laugh
  • Choose to see the bright side of situations. Doing so lifts your spirit and cheers up even the most somber of souls. Laughter heals. It brings joy to those who are troubled.
12. Volunteer
  • Give to those in need. Pay it forward to bless the lives of others. Share your gifts, and in doing so, your life will be blessed. Love energy builds when you work to lighten their burden.
13. Build a tribe of supportive people
  • Find people who resonate toward the message you share. Develop connections with those who have a similar mindset. These individuals will condone what you are all about. They will help to build you up and to increase your self-esteem. Your self-confidence will grow because you feel appreciated and cared for. They believe in you and you in them. Healing energy expands within all, enabling personal growth for everyone.
14. Set boundaries
  • When you teach people how to treat you, you feel better about yourself. By communicating what you need to feel respected, you are helping people to get in touch with their feelings, so they can act honorably and do the right thing. When you treat others with kindness and compassion, good things happen.
15. Diet
  • When you make healthy food choices, your body will thank you. You will look and feel good. Your energy levels will soar. Getting sick will be a thing of the past. It is your responsibility to assess how you feel.
16. Exercise
  • Form a healthy habit of daily exercise to release mood lifting endorphins that set your day on a positive course of self-esteem and self-confidence building activities/routines. Make these habits second nature so your body image will reflect the benefits reaped from engaging in the actions taken to change each cell in your body for the better.
17. Join clubs and organizations
  • Get involved in the community. Step out of your comfort zone and join a club or organization that resonates with your core interests and values. If you are passionate about a cause, find a group you can feel proud to be a part of. When you participate, you get to know people you have something in common with. This could be the first step towards a happy life. Your involvement will help you to develop meaningful relationships that will escalate your social life into the embodiment of emotional fulfillment.
18. Develop good social habits that work to attract the right and ideal people who love and support what you are all about.
For example:
  • Choose to see your glass half full, rather than half empty.
  • Radiate joy by greeting others with a smile on your face. Joy is contagious.
  • Meet weekly with friends to cultivate a sense of commitment.
  • Keep in touch with the people closest to you to see how they’re doing.
  • Make time to step into nature. Get some sun on your face to strengthen your attitude and immune system.
  • Set specific, meaningful goals that motivate you to reach for the stars to fulfill your dreams.
  • Develop a spiritual practice that includes mindfulness and yoga to become balanced in body, mind, and spirit.
  • Take time to be kind, and nurture yourself in whatever ways help you to release the stress of life.
  • Master the art of healthy communication that lifts people up, and at the same time, politely conveys needs, desires, and wants to set limits on the personal expectations of others.
  • Be a person of your word. Keep your promises, so others will respect, trust, and honor who you are.
19. Find positive ways to work through issues
  • Instead of yelling, blaming, avoiding others, violence, overworking, substance abuse, and dangerous behavior, etc., choose to process what is happening through rose colored glasses, seeing the positive with an attitude of gratitude. Focus on what is right, but be aware of concerns and worries. Be proactive, and take steps to attract from the field of infinite possibilities, an outcome that is for the highest good of all concerned.
20. Pay it forward
  • Give of your time, treasure, and talents to create a positive outcome for those in need of a blessing! Do something unexpected that will shed light on an impossible situation. Let your “good will” make a difference in the lives of people who have lost faith in humanity. As a result of your kindness and compassion, your life will be blessed. For your good to materialize in the highest and most pure way, remember to let go of how you believe that good should out-picture in your reality.

When you step out of your comfort zone to challenge yourself, your life will change for the better. New neural pathways in the brain will be created, along with positive habits that support the creation of a life, filled with adventure and excitement.

By ingraining healthy habits into the essence of your being, guilt dissipates and worry is depleted to make way for the ease and demonstration of the routines that will set the tone for a new reality. Confidence and a healthy self-esteem will replace despair and hopelessness.

You will feel worthy of new life and capable. You will step into the ease of traveling to your new destination of optimism and greatness. Because you are now emotionally available, exciting opportunities will arise to give you creative options from which to choose to live happily.

Having a healthy social life will work to motivate you to achieve balance in every area of your life. Having people you care about will give you a reason to do your best, so you will have something to contribute and share with others. I don’t know about you, but for me, having people who appreciate me, alleviates stress and fills my heart with joy. If you feel loved and cared about for your special qualities, there will be people attracted to your energy who will want to spend time with you to do activities that are fun. Spending quality time with others makes life worth living.

Remember, all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! Be good to yourself and give yourself the gift of friendship. To have a friend, be a friend. Go out of your way to give of your time, treasure, and talent to show the people you care about that they matter to you and are special in your eyes. When you demonstrate qualities that reveal integrity, honesty, consideration, patience, etc., people will know that you are a person of character they can trust. When your character shows that you are thoughtful and appreciate others, people will want to be around you because you have proven yourself to be an honorable person with healthy core values. Your concern for the well-being of others is attractive and tells the world that you are more than a pretty face.

Stand tall and make a difference in the world through your own unique and special ways. If you do this, you will never be alone and your life will be blessed.

Smile and the world will reflect your positivity, and rejoice in the kindness you project.

The right and ideal people will appear in your life, as a reflection of the energy you project. You will attract the perfect people who resonate to your core values and the integrity you embody.

There is an intelligent order in the universe that reveals the cause and effect of your attitude and actions taken. You can do something about your life. If you’re not happy, you have the power to change what has materialized. Rejoice in the adventure and step into your curiosity to enjoy the newness of creation, while trying interesting and different things. Explore and celebrate, as you realize your full potential.
